Product Subscription Service is an easy way to ensure that developers are
always using the latest versions of Active Up SPRL products. Subscription
Service provides automatic notification (downloadable product links) of major
upgrades and minor updates (enhancements and maintenance releases) for the
period of one year.
Annual Support Agreement ($250)
Unlimited technical support by email and fax for any installation, development,
debugging and redistribution issues for a single product. All responses are
guaranteed within one business day, with most questions responded to on the
same day.
Precedence over standard support issues, including any corrections made to a
product.
Discounts can be offered for multiple products, please contact us for more
details.
